What You’ll Do
As Rewiring America’s Project Management Coordinator, you will be the glue that holds all the many parts together for projects moving through the CCCE department!
- Maintain and execute against a dynamic content and programming calendar that serves multiple teams within the organization, managing our tools to facilitate seamless communication and timely delivery of creative assets.
- Lead project kick-offs, debriefs, and reviews.
- Adeptly identify potential blockers on projects and help to clear the path / unstick as needed.
- Communicate with external vendors as necessary, maintaining best practices across our work, tools, and processes.
- Work thoughtfully with a team of content contributors, including copywriters, graphic designers, and videographers.
- Assist Sr. Dir., Brand & Comms in setting and achieving high-performance expectations that are motivating and results-oriented.
- Seek out and deliver timely and direct feedback that contributes to the ongoing development of oneself, team members, and a positive organizational culture.
As Rewiring America’s Project Management Coordinator, you will know where (almost) every single task is at, who is working on what.f you don’t know, you know who to ask! A successful candidate will love working with multidisciplinary teams, and lots of personalities, and will be great at meet people where they are.
You excel at building the relationships needed to get the work done and out the door, and you also possess the hard skills to effectively communicate a project’s status to key stakeholders. Simplification and foresight are your superpowers! You understand how to translate complex projects and goals into building blocks, and you anticipate dependencies and unknowns that may slow our pace of progress. You are also the type of person who hops in to help get the work done and over the finish line.
You may also really thrive on marking those Asana tasks “complete” at the end of the day.
Requirements
The selected candidate will possess the following Core and Preferred qualifications and characteristics:
Core:
- 1-3 years of experience in project management.
- Strong intuition and judgment, ability to anticipate issues before they arise.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to execute on a high volume of activity and projects, with speed, excellence and humor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of core digital design and web principles.
- Project management certifications (ideally agile… we have a strong aversion to waterfall =)).
- Proficiency in Asana and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with clean energy and climate policy issues.
- A passion for climate action

Compensation And Benefits
Salary for this role is commensurate with experience and between $65,000 - $90,000 USD. Comprehensive benefits package that includes 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance for employees (and their families). Employees are able to enroll in 401k retirement plan and are eligible for a 3% automatic contribution and up to a 3% employer match on 401k contributions. Employees are also eligible for pre-tax transportation benefits. Employees will receive 160 hours of vacation time, 80 hours of health leave, up to 2 days of casual leave, and 20 hours of volunteer leave annually. Employees will also receive 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year (15 days during Presidential and Congressional elections). We have an office closure between Christmas and New Year. Employees are eligible for 12 weeks of paid family and medical leave after 90 days of employment. Regular, full-time employees and part-time employees are eligible to take up to sixteen weeks of parental leave, in all cases related to birth, adoption, or foster care starting from the first day of employment. We offer access to professional development resources.
