In search of an additional roommate for April 1st at our house located in Chantilly, across from Fair Lakes, VA! Its less than 5 min from Fair Lakes shopping Center ! It’s a single family house with 3 full time working twenty somethings! We are all females, but don’t mind any gender (female preferred) and are LGBTQ+ friendly! Unfortunately no pets allowed and not a great fit for children. It’s a 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home. We are testing the water to see if anyone is looking, as we are looking for a good fit!
Lease Term: 1 year
Rent:750+ utilities
Security Deposit: 1 months rent
Utilities: vary but no more than $100/month
Area: Less than 5 min away from Fair Lakes Shopping Center. 10-15 min away from GMU! Also about 10 minutes to Fair Oaks mall.
The space is a single room and It shares a bathroom with one roommate!
We are all very different, but enjoy each other’s company when any of us happen to be home and have become good friends, but respect everyone’s privacy as well. We love to hangout when our schedules align! We do enjoy company over from time to time and like to throw combined get togethers here and there. We are all pretty chill, we do like to keep things clean in common spaces to be considerate of each other.
