- Basic to intermediate knowledge Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel)

- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot issues with multi-line phones, printers, and other standard office equipment
- Ability to be dependable in attendance
