I am looking for 1 female professional/student to rent a 1 bedroom/1 bath in a 2 bed/2 bath condo. I am hoping someone could move in around early-April until April of 2024 (1 year lease). The total rent for the room is $1,270 including all utilities and internet. This room is very spacious and could fit a dresser, a two queen beds, two desks, and probably your own sitting area. The room has one mattress included in the room.
I have been renewing for the past 5 years. The complex is really modern, has a nice gym and access to a pool. It is also near a number of biking trails including the Capital Crescent trail that goes to Downtown Bethesda (20 min walk, 10 min bike ride).
This is also a pet-free and smoke-free apartment. Background checks are required.
