My roommate and I moved in together to save money but it's time to have our own rooms. Its a very quaint one bedroom apartment ideal for the single person or a couple. VERY spacious bedroom and living area with multiple laundromats walking distance. There are two air conditioners that belong to the property, but there is no central air.
If the adorable apartment is not enough, you are walking distance to East Passyunk with multiple restaurants, boutiques and some night life! Around the corner you can find my favorite Mexican grocery store with all your authentic essentials.
