Where has your inner strength and core been lost?
Where is the energy you used to fill everything around with?
There is none! Because you became that woman and mother who went into the unknown, saving yourself and your child from the same unknown and fear that remained there, behind your life. You carried your life in one suitcase, you took with you only the pain and joy of memories in your heart, and you held a child in your arms, smiling to him or her and saying: "Everything will be fine! Everything will be definitely fine!"
You became different:
strong - because you have survived;
brave - because you have traveled really far and now you are not afraid of anything;
clever — because you have learned to live in a foreign country by the unknown rules;
responsible — because life was at stake with every decision you have made. But you have made these decisions and they were correct, because they were yours;
unbreakable — because you have fallen and got up, fought with your heartache and emotional stress. And your have been moving on and on. You have been moving forward;
empathetic — because now you feel pain for everyone who is in a similar situation looking for his or her place under the sun. And together with them you go through this thorny path again.
You have become different — with the steel brain in your head and incredible warmth in your heart! Stay the same: strong, brave, clever, beautiful, kind, indomitable and very, very needed.
And at night, when emotions are overwhelming you and when your heart is breaking — just stop... And remember the emotions and feelings that used to bring happiness and joy to your life. Live with them, remember them and repeat in mind these exciting moments of your life. They will help to preserve your resource for some period of time.
If you miss your family and friends, then create family and group chats. You should communicate via video. Hearing the voice or seeing the face of the person you miss positively affects your physical and emotional health.
Take care of yourself, because your relatives want you to do this. Relax, create minimal comfort for yourself, learn to see the beauty in nature, enjoy new knowledge and interesting friends.
Remember your family traditions. Even being apart you can hug with words! Support common family interests and projects started together, because they are a source of your constant communication and give you the feeling of unity with a loved one.
Sing and dance as if it is your last.
Scream, cry, laugh and dance again. Dance until your muscles ache, dance till the end, because YOU HAVE TO BE!
