Job Summary:
As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and promoting our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and courteous manner
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services as appropriate
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and productivity targets
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience; experience in a call center or remote work environment preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated workspace
