Our Client in Ottawa is looking for winter snow shovelers to join their team.
Location: Ottawa, ON
Pay Rate: $18 per hour.
Shoveler will be responsible for engaging in the shoveling of walkways, vehicle depots, and common access areas in various commercial and industrial sites alongside a crew. Their goal is to ensure that the job gets done well, and in as efficient a manner possible for the satisfaction of our clients.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Shoveling sidewalks, walkways, and common access areas in various commercial and industrial sites
· Ensuring that salt, and other ice-elimination agents are placed safely and effectively
· Demonstrating exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills
QUALIFICATIONS
· Available for on-call work throughout the season
· Possesses a heavy-duty jacket, gloves, pants, etc. to work outside in wet and cold conditions for extended periods of time
· Able to reliably commute to work areas throughout the season in a timely manner
