QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Health, or Social Work is preferred. Minimum of 2 years experience working in Behavioral Health / Social Services is required experience is required.
- General Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Work well under pressure and work effectively in a multicultural setting, demonstrating excellent organizational skills and interpersonal skills. General experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of DSM 5 and understanding of diagnosis, crisis intervention and de-escalation skills.
- Transportation: This position requires reliable transportation for business purposes, such as between work locations.
- Language Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write, and speak in English. Ability to communicate on the phone, in virtual settings, face to face and in writing Fluency in the additional following language(s): Arabic, Burmese, Dari, French, Karen, Pashto, Rohingya, Spanish, Somali, Swahili, and Ukrainian preferred.
- Clearance: Standard LCSNW criminal clearance, including national sex offender, ORCHARDS background clearance, SAM, and OIG (healthcare sanctions).
