Office manager( Dubai)
Responsibilities:
- Office work.
- A team of 10-15 people.
- Supporting Office Management tasks — provision of the office with everything necessary (food/water, consumables, office equipment, furniture, decor, etc.)
- Meeting guests, organizing events
- Accounting of office expenses, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Office budget tracking and awareness
Skills and Requirements:
- Knowledge of Ukrainian and Russian languages
- Experience with G drive/ Microsoft Office especially excel
- People person and problem solver
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities

- Excellent communication skills — verbal and written in English
