Description

We are looking front desk receptionist/ manager of the shop - f/t only: customer service experience, good English, computer knowledge. Main location is in Cumming (near 14ext 400 hwy)

Responsibilities

A Front Clerk gets to help customers with choosing flowers, ribbons, containers and other floral accessories

With their knowledge of what flowers are in season and how well different types last in various environments, Clerks aim to provide customers with quality products that fit their budgets and desires

There main duties are taking orders in person as well as answering the phone , wrapping arrangements watering the plants and managing the desk

Clerk's handle phone and online requests for both predesigned arrangements and custom orders

They examine what the order calls for and ensure it gets delivered to the proper location at the correct time

If the final product needs to be wrapped or have a note attached, Clerk's make sure these things are done
