Lightning Truck Company is a logistics company specializing in transportation throughout the United States. As our company continues to grow and develop, we are seeking a highly qualified Dispatcher to join our team.

Requirements:

English proficiency C1-C2
Full dispatch management: from the search for a box truck to its final loading, including documentation
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
Strong initiative and sense of personal responsibility
Previous experience in US logistics preferred
2 years or more of experience in loading Box trucks;
2 years Experience with Sylectus load boards
Responsibilities:

Conduct phone and email communication with US shippers and equipment dealers
Search for drivers
Monitor timeliness of selection and delivery of goods
Enter cargo information into CRM system
Dispatch freight and coordinate delivery
Solve problems that arise during transportation
Keep accurate and up-to-date information about orders, suppliers, and customers
Create and maintain price tables, statistics, and reports as needed
Develop and maintain transport schedule
Continuously identify opportunities to improve work processes
