We have a house in Fairfax VA that we are looking to rent out! We currently will have and one female in their early-mid twenties and are looking to rent out three more rooms. Tenant is both friendly and quiet! We are looking for other females if possible.
It is a perfect quiet location between Fairfax and Annadale off of little river turnpike! It is a 9 minute drive to GMU and 4 minutes to NVCC Annandale.
One is with a shared bathroom with the two other tenants and one will have a private bathroom!
Small Shared Bathroom is $750 + utilities (set price)
Shared Bathroom is $850 + utilities (set price)
Private Bathroom is $1050+ utilities (this one may be negotiated)
The utilities in the house are usually no more then $150 at full capacity. Utilities are split per head (the number of people occupying the house at the moment)
There is ample parking space available at the house. Utilities include waste, electricity, water, gas and internet.
Security Deposit will be required for everyone no matter the length of stay. which will be equivalent to one months rent. This will be refunded at the end of stay.
All three of the rooms are available for rent as we just finishing moving out one of the tenants.
