Education, Certifications, and Licensure Requirements/Preferences:

• Associate degree (2-year program) or equivalent lived and/or worked experience required. Major course work in social services, human services, or related field preferred.

Experience Requirements/Preferences:

• 6 months prior experience of working with refugees and immigrant communities is strongly preferred.
• Ability to communicate concisely and effectively, both verbally and in writing English and Ukrainian required. Demonstrated proficiency in Russian is desired. Experience working with interpreters preferred.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
