You will provide procedural information and pricing information to patients inquiring about various surgical procedures, schedule patient appointments, communicate medical information to patients, schedule surgery at several hospitals, preauthorize procedures with insurance companies, collect payments, order office and clinical supplies, maintain exam rooms, and manage medical records.
Qualifications:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Medical Office Front Desk Receptionist: 1 year (Required)
- Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
- Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
