The purpose of the warehouse order selector is to pick and pack orders using a voice recognition unit, pulling stock, packing totes/boxes, and staging for next day deliver while maintaining quality service by following organization standards.
Essential Job Functions:
- Pick and pack orders using a voice recognition unit, pulling stock, packing totes/boxes, and staging for next day delivery.
- Order Selectors perform physical labor that requires constant moving and frequent lifting, pushing and pulling of items up to 40 lbs. throughout duration of shift, and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
- Will stand/walk for 10-12 hours/shift
- Places items in totes/boxes or on floor.
- Scans products and understand the hand-held scanner
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred but not required
- Harbor Wholesale will train new employees to safely operate riding pallet jacks Please note that this is the minimum needed.
